Even When I Don't See It

Do you need some color today?  

Let the cheery pics begin!

Visiting the Domes was one of the highlights of 2020. I just can't say that enough, especially for a year that ya'll know was just plain weird and sometimes volatile.

I was reading the other day and this really spoke to me.

"Rejoice in our confident hope.

Be patient in trouble and

Keep on praying."

Romans 12:12 NLT

It was like a play by play straight from the Lord on how to walk through these days.

No matter what is happening, we have our confident Hope.

He is Jesus. 

Our Rock.

Our God who is always faithful.

The One that shows us that this life is a blip on the radar of Eternity, bringing true perspective to every moment of our days.

Then, the reminder to be patient in trouble shows me that sometimes the best advice, is like hiking ~

Just keep walking.

Be patient.  

"Even when I don't see it, You're working."*

Stay close by His side.  

Just keep walking.

And keep on praying.

When we don't see results yet, discouragement is right there, creeping up on us.

We must keep on!  We must continue to pray!

Our God answers prayer!

This is how miracles happen.

When we trust,

and keep trusting,

and keep trusting.

Friend, if you're discouraged today, let God simplify it for you a little bit.  

Let's rejoice in our Hope in Jesus.

Let's choose to be patient a little longer.

Let's pray again.

And if that's just too much for you and you're drained and discouraged, lean on me.  

I've leaned on you before.  I want to be there for you.
