That Time I Was the Pig

I can floss like a boss...

hula with the best of them...

disco brilliantly...

but when I line-dance, I teter precariously in front of hundreds,

when I'm in a pig suit.

The day was gorgeous for a parade.

Blossom1 was riding in her sweet ride of a vintage Ranchero.

Blossom2 was playing assistant to my talented wedding photographer sister.

Blossom3 & Blossom4 were dressed in their 4-H best and throwing candy to the masses.

The Rugged Mountain Man was escorting Blossom1 in the Ranchero.

And, I was planning to do what needs to be done.  That's what my days look like.

I remembered the Fair Queen's vehicle name magnets, baskets for candy, water... all the details.  I thought I was going to walk in the parade and hand out freebies promoting our beloved Fair.  I promoted the Fair alright.

In the brand spankin' new Clint the Pig costume.

The Blossoms got a huge kick out of it and I got to be completely goofy for a half hour or so.

It made me laugh.

Mamas ~ doing what needs to be done.
And trying to laugh along the way.
