Egg Using Recipes- Crepes

Crepes are a light and thin pancake wrap that can be topped with a variety of sweet or savory toppings.


Crepes
 

Preheat griddle to 375 degrees. 

Add:

6 Eggs

2 ½ c. Milk

4 ½ tbsp. Oil

2 c. Flour

¾ tsp. Salt

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

Fillings for Crepes- Butter, Jam, Maple Syrup, Nutella, Ham, Bacon, Cheese, etc.

 

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Brush griddle with oil. Pour batter onto griddle in pancake-sized circles. Once the crepes are beginning to set and starting to brown lightly around the edges, flip it over to brown the other side. Top and serve immediately.

 

Yields approximately 21 crepes.
